Welcome to the NOBID Consortium
The Nordic-Baltic eID project is made of a group of Nordic and Baltic countries, together with Italy and Germany, developing a large-scale pilot for the EU Digital Wallet payments use case under the European Commission’s DIGITAL Europe Programme.

The EU Digital Identity Wallet
The EU Digital Identity Wallet is a joint initiative between EU institutions and Member States, who will be legally required to provide a wallet to all citizens, residents, and businesses by 2026.
The wallets will be a secure and easy and secure way to prove who you are when accessing digital services, as well as store and share important digital documents. Privacy will always be respected: you’ll have control on what data is shared and who has access to it.
